White Fish with tomatoes and herbs

Notes: 

Use sole, tilapia or other mild white fish

Ingredients: 

1 lb. white fish
16 oz. diced tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
Minced garlic or powder
Oregano, thyme, basil, fennel seeds
Capellini or other pasta


Saute onion and add other ingredients except fish and pasta.  Put fish in baking dish, cover with sauce and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Serve over boiled pasta.
