Wild Salmon Cakes with Dill Sauce

Ingredients: 

Salmon Cakes
1 1/2 cups canned wild salmon
2 eggs
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
3 tablespoons grass-fed butter, or ghee

Dill Sauce
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
