World's Easiest Cobbler

Notes: 

This is it, the easiest and most delicious cobbler you will ever make. We have instructions for blackberry and apple. Works with almost any fruit.

Ingredients: 

1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter melted
1 cup of milk
2 cups of berries of your choice or
2-3 granny smith apples peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar to top it with


Mix sugar, flour and baking powder together and then melt the butter in the mircrowave. Finally aadd the melted butter and milk  mix it all together with a wisk until well incorporated.

Pour batter into a greased baking dish and then gently drop your fuit on to the top of the batter. Sprinkle the top with a fine covering of sugar.

If using apples mix in 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinamon and coat well then drop in the batter.

Bake in a 350 oven for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool about 20 minutes.

That's it! It takes about 5 minutes of prep time and then 60 minutes to cook!!
