Zucchini Bread

Ingredients: 

2/3 cup shortning
2 2/3 cup sugar(1 1/4 cup honey)
4 eggs
3 cups shredded zucchini(about 2 medium)
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cups water
3 1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup coarsly chopped nuts(walnuts)

  1. Oven 350
  2. Grease pan 9x5x2
  3. mix shortening and sugar 
  4. add eggs, zucchini, water
  5. Blend in flower and dry
  6. add nuts and raisins
  7. Pour into pans
