This is the recipe I'm always looking for -- and can't ever find. Double it, at least, for the 3 of us. Makes 6 small pancakes per batch.
We all enjoyed these very much. Cooked for 38 minutes. Perfect texture. Milk chocolate type flavour. Made without food colouring.
Loved these. Better cold then warm, surprisingly.
