Makes about 3/4 pound Start to Finish: 1 hour (includes chilling time)
Ingredients
3 ounces (about ½ cup) raw hazelnuts

½ ounce (¼ cup) espresso beans

½ pound bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped

½ teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)
