Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

Don't set aside portions for the topping- it makes the surface difficult to penetrate and will break many a cracker.

Ingredients: 

8 ounces cream cheese - softened
10 ounces chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed of excess water
1- 14 ounce can artichoke heards, drained well
1/2 cup green onion, tops only, divided
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup mozzarella, divided
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic - minced
