4 oz reduced cream cheese, room temperature
1 banana, diced fine
2 Tbls finely chopped walnuts
1 Tbls mini chocolate chips
1 Tbls powdered sugar
1/8 tsp maple extract (can use vanilla or rum extract in place of)
pinch of cinnamon
water, for sealing
