I used yellow and red bell peppers instead of the green, fresh pineapple instead of canned, and used the preserves I had in the 'frig - mostly peach, but filled out with apricot....I also sprinkled the packets with garlic salt before sealing & grilling. Served it over brown rice - we will make these again and try some different veggie combinations - maybe some red onions"
