1 lb salmon skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups cooked quinoa chilled*
4 cups mixed greens
Balsamic Olive Oil Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
