1 1/2 Cups, firmly packed, very small cubes (1/2 inch) whole grain bread
1 egg
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Penzeys freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. mural of flavor or dill weed, optional
5 TB. Vegetable oil, divided
