1/2 c softened butter
1 box of carrot cake mix
1 shredded carrot
1/2 c raisins
Filling:
3 packages cream cheese. Room temp
1 stick butter. Room temp
Mix then add
2tsp vanilla
2c powder sugar
Mix together eggs, butter and cake mix.
Stir in carrot and raisins.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate until cold.
Scoop batter with ice cream scoop onto non stick sheet.
375' for 10-12min.

Mix then add
2tsp vanilla
2c powder sugar
Pipe onto cookie leaving the edges clean so that when top cookie is pressed down it barely goes over.
Roll in chopped walnuts.
