Ingredients: 

1/3 cup low-fat farmer cheese, at room temp
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
2 Tbsp blueberry preserves
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups (1 pint) fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
