2 T Olive oil

1 cup onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

1 lb frozen, extra firm tofu, thawed

1 can diced tomatoes, with liquid (14.5 ounce)

1 can pumpkin puree (15 ounce)

1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 ounce)

1 cup vegetable broth

1 T chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cayenne
