The Simplest Superfood Smoothie

The Rainbow Superfood Smoothie Mix makes this one much easier than adding all the herbs separately, and has a number of great herbs for your health.

Ingredients: 

1 cup of homemade almond or coconut milk
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
serving of quality protein powder, such as VEGA One or Sunwarrior, berry or vanilla flavoured
1 tsp Rainbow Superfood Smoothie mix (SSM)
1 tsp organic bee pollen
1 oz aloe juice or 2" fresh aloe plant, skin removed
1 banana
2 pitted dates


Blend till smooth with a good blender.
