1 1/2 c broccoli florets
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 can (6 oz) ripe olives, drained and halved
1/2 c sugar
1/2 cider vinegar
1/2 olive or vegetable oil
1 pkg (3 oz) chicken ramen noodles
1 c sunflower seeds, toasted
1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted
Combine slaw mix, broccoli, onions and olives in a large bowl. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and seasoning packet from noodles. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Stir in noodles, seeds and almonds right before serving.
