Cupcakes can be made either chocolate or vanilla

Ingredients: 

For Cupcake:
150g butter
150g caster sugar
175g self-raising flour
3 eggs
25g cocoa powder
or 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the buttercream topping:
250g butter
500g icing sugar (sifted)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tsp milk
