I tasted them before baking and was worried they might have too much mustard, but the flavor of the green chiles seemed to balance it out during the cooking process. I used the 6 slices of bacon and for a little extra bacon flavor I stirred in a tbsp. of bacon drippings. This made a great side for a bbq meal.
2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans, drain 1 can
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar (feel free to add more or less according to your own taste)
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled ( I also use a bit more bacon )
