Strawberry, Goat Cheese, & Thyme Muffins

Ingredients: 

3 cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

2 large eggs

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1 1/2 (about 7 oz) cups roughly chopped frozen strawberries (not thawed)

4 oz fresh goat cheese (no rind), very coarsely crumbled
