Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients: 

2 cups blueberries
1 small banana
1 cup coconut water (add a little more if smoothie is too thick)
2 tsp ginger, minced (if you don't like ginger, 1 teaspoon will be better)
1/4 cup sunflower butter
4 dates, pitted
1 tsp cinnamon
A few ice cubes
