Orange Creamsicle Moonshine

Notes: 

Needs 2 weeks to "mature"

Makes a little more than 5 quarts

Ingredients: 

1 gallon Orange Juice (No Pulp)
1.5 c Sugar
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 c French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
3 c Everclear (Grain Alcohol)
1/2 c Vanilla Vodka
Quart Mason Jars


Using a large pot , bring to a boil the orange juice, vanilla extract, coffee creamer and sugar.

Stir until creamer is fully incorporated

Allow to cool to room temperature (about one hour)

Add Everclear to orange juice, stir to incorporate

Pour moonshine into Mason jars, seal tightly and allow to "mature" in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

Shake thoroughly before serving

Makes about 5 quarts and a pint, it's marinating in the fridge now but I slipped a nip and it's delish. Bet this would be good mixed with some 7up

Mine did not appear anywhere "near this creamy" not with the amount of creamer included from the recipe. I have seen other recipes that say to use powdered creamer, I may try that because the liquid never quite mixed even with a stern shaking.
