Tapenade prosciutto pinwheels are such a great snack. Made with green olive tapenade and sun-dried tomato tapenade, prosciutto, puff pastry and lot's of cheese. In a matter of minutes you can make a fancy oven-baked canapé.
Puff pastry or one square of croissant dough
4 tbsp of green olive tapenade
4 tbsp of sun-dried tomato tapenade
4 slices of prosciutto
2 tbsp of soft cheese (like feta)
6 tbsp of grated cheese (more to taste)
