Ramen Japanese Style - My Recipe

Ingredients: 

BROTH
- heat garlic + ginger in sesame oil
- add stock and dashi
- add dash soy, chinese five spice, red pepper flakes

NOODLES
- cook noodles separately

VEG & MEAT TOPPINGS
- mushrooms, bok choy, green onion, any meat (chicken, pork or beef)

SOFT BOILED EGG
- simmer water first, then add eggs, leave for 7 min on simmer, place in ice water immediately

GARNISH
- japapeno, chili oil, sesame oil
