6 T warm water
2/3 c melted coconut oil
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c maple syrup
1 t vanilla
2 c flour (white whole wheat)
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t sea salt
2 c oats
1 c dried cherries
1/2 c chocolate chips
Oven 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In bottom of large bowl, combine flaxseed and water. Let sit for a few minutes. Add oil, sugar, syrup and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in oats, cherries and chocolate chips. Bake 9 min.
