1 block firm tofu
1/2 c. diced round onion
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
Garlic to taste
Garlic salt to taste
3 Tsp. oyster sauce
2 Tsp. shoyu
