五仁粥

Notes: 

- 滋养肝肾,润燥滑肠

- 杏仁不可与板栗、猪肉、小米同食

- 核桃不能与野鸡肉一起食用,肺炎、支气管扩张等患者不易食之。核桃不宜与酒同食

Ingredients: 

粳米 - 200克
芝麻 - 10克
松子(炒) - 10克
桃仁 - 10克
甜杏仁 - 10克
核桃 - 10克


  • 将芝麻、松子仁、胡桃仁、桃仁(去皮、尖,炒)甜杏仁混和碾碎。
  • 将混合好的五仁加入粳米共煮稀粥
