生煎包

Ingredients: 

面粉(中高低均可)150克
酵母1/4茶匙
盐1/4茶匙
糖15克
水75克(因为俺加了点胡萝卜汁)





料酒
五香粉
香油
老抽
芝麻
猪肉(前腿肉剁馅)


1. 首先做馅料, 用些许油炒好,放盐调味,拌入略略磨过的炒芝麻拌匀。

2、揉面:挤出的胡萝卜汁加水混匀,面粉加入其他所有皮料,将胡萝卜水加入,揉成面团,醒10分钟。

3、面团分成若干等分,包入馅料,做成包子,静置醒发20分钟。

4、不粘锅下一汤勺油,热锅,待油三成热,放入包子小火略煎一分钟。

5、加入150毫升水,大约大半碗水的样子,水里可以加适量淀粉。

6、盖上锅盖,小火焖烧,至锅里水收干便成
