Ingredients: 

1½ cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 Tbsp. instant yeast
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. (28g) unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. table salt
4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour, lightly spooned into measuring cup and leveled off

Topping:
3 Tbsp. (40g) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. sea salt
