2 ingredient Pizza Dough

Ingredients: 

125 gr self-raising flour
125 ml greek yoghurt


  1. Knead the flour and yoghurt together til a homogen mass is formed. This might take a while, from 5 to 10 minutes. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  2. Add seasoning ( olive oil, salt, pepper, italian herbs, garlic, honey, … ) to taste and knead through. 
  3. Roll out to desired thickness.
  4. Add toppings.
  5. Bake 10 to 15
