"This is a very easy cake for 1 or 2 servings. It's light and you can do different things to it. Try fruit on top, whipped cream or topping. Have a can of cream or frosting handy to use too."

""3-2-1 cake. Warning. This is too easy. For chocolate cake mix, I add another 1/2 to 1 TB of cocoa and then put in some high-end chocolate sauce. Becomes like a lava cake. In 1 min. Mix angle food cake mix with any other flavor cake mix. Keep in a bag in a safe place. Take 3 TB of the mixed cake mix and put it in a small coffee cup or ramekin. Mix with 2 TB of water. Microwave on high for 1 min. Ta-da! Easy cake. Top with fruit or other decadence."
