4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Notes:

Here’s a delicious and super easy-to-make recipe for peanut butter fudge.

I added some chocolate and swirled a toothpick around to achieve this beautiful marble effect. I think the final result looks pretty good and this delicious fudge is a great and easy treat for Valentine’s Day, especially if your significant other loves peanut butter and chocolate. You can use any other nut butter you like, or you can add some white chocolate. Also, you can even try drawing some hearts with the chocolate.

This fudge is very satisfying, so I poured it in a small plastic box, but you can also use silicone molds.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of cocoa butter
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (or other sweetener of your choice)
1 row of chocolate (vegan)

Melt the cocoa butter, add the sugar and mix well.

Then, add the nut butter and mix again.

Pour the mixture into the container you chose. Since I used a plastic box, I covered it with plastic wrap in order take out the fudge easily.

Melt the chocolate and pour it in a very thin stream all over the peanut butter mixture. Take a toothpick and swirl it around.
