2 lemons, sliced
1 t vanilla extract
Combine in pint jar, fill the rest of the jar with water. Transfer the mixture to an uncovered slow cooker and turn on the lowest heat setting. Once the room is fragrant, pour the mixture back into the jar; refrigerate and reuse two or three more times. Can also be simmered in a pot on the stove for a few minutes (make sure the water doesn't evaporate.)
