Airfryer Pandan Chiffon Cake (The Rose)

I had a nice big cake mold from a Rose that fits into my Airfryer.

Ingredients: 

6 egg whites
125g icing sugar
6 egg yolks
80g icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
165 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp pandan essence or green dye
120 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
25 grams gestifte roasted almonds from the Airfryer
