Pastry:
500gm Salted Butter (softened)
100gm Icing Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
700gm All-purpose Flour
4tbsp Milk Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Filling:
1 packet Pineapple Jam Filling (1 kg)

Glaze:
1 Egg Yolk (lightly beaten)
