11/2 cups coconut
1/4cup sugar
1/4 cup flour

1can sweetened cond milk
2tsp vanilla
2key limes grated rind
2eggs and 1 yolk
1/2 cup key lime juice
Pour filling over cooled crust.
300 and bake for 40 mins
2 whole eggs
2egg yolks
1/2cup lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
Zest of lime
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sour cream

Cream together all cheese cake ingredient. And bake for 40 mins at 300.
For topping mix all topping ingredient and pour over warm cheese cake. Let set and top with fresh cream and fruit.
