Anna's Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies

Ingredients: 

1/2 C B sugar
1 C sugar
3/4 C shortening
2 t water
2 eggs beaten
1 C peanut butter
2 C flour
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 C quick oats

  1. Cream sugars, shortening and water
  2. Add eggs and peanut butter
  3. Sift flour, soda and salt and add to cream mixture
  4. Add oats
  5. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by the size of a walnut and press down a fork both ways
  6. Bake at 375* until light brown (8 to 12 minutes)
