1/2 cup scallions, sliced
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 and 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha or other hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
