Apple Muffins

Ingredients: 

1 cup honey
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp each allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1 3/4 cup grated apple with peel - 2 large
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup each raisins and chopped nuts


 1. Beat honey, oil and eggs.

2. Mix all dry ingredients

3. Add to honey mixture - stir well

4. Add and fold together apple, vanilla and raisins

Servings-24

Yield-2 dozen

Cooking time 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
