1 cup of honey
3/4 cup of sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Dash of salt
1 stick of butter
8 apples
1 Beaton egg
Pie crust
For filling mix
Honey
Sugar
Cornstarch
Flour
Salt
Melt butter
Stir
Add apples
Cook apples until tender
Cook bottom crust till lightly brown
Pour cooked apples in pie crust ( let apples cool before doing so)
Place top crust on apples
Slit pie crust
Cook until crust is golden brown
Oven 400 degrees
