Apple, pistachio muffins

Ingredients: 

10 grams pistachio nuts, shelled and crushed with a mortar and pestle
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 cup millet (or almond) meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 pitted dates, soaked in 1/4 cup water for at least one hour
1 apple, grated
1 free range organic egg
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
