3 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 lemon, juice from
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
20 apricots cut in half.
