2 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger, grated
100g brown breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp chopped basil leaves
5 spring onions
The juice of 1 lime
Soya sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined, shape into patties and chill in fridge for at least an hour
When you are ready to cook, heat a pan or griddle and add a drizzle of oil. Fry the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through
