Baked Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients: 

2 pound chicken breast
6 tablespoons grass-fed butter, or ghee
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
1/4 cup capers, drained
2 lemons, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
