Baked Doughnut muffins with Blueberry Jam

Notes: 

I weighed my ingredients on a kitchen scale. Caster sugar is finely ground sugar. I weighed it and used regular sugar with no problem.
These were delicious!

Ingredients: 

150g caster sugar 5.3 oz.
200g plain flour 7 oz
1 tsp baking powder
100ml plain yoghurt (I used fat-free Bulgarian 3.5 oz yoghurt)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g butter, melted 5.3 oz.
18 tsp blueberry preserves
for the coating
150g caster sugar 5.3 oz.
