Baked spinach and artichoke dip

Ingredients: 

280g spinach, coarsely chopped (can be packaged frozen- thawed and drained)
400g artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 cup cream cheese- room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
