Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients: 

Sweet potatoes
Olive oil
Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 475 F
  2. Wash sweet potatoes
  3. Cut into wedges
  4. Spread out on baking sheet
  5. Drizzle with olive oil & salt
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping / turning 2-3 times
