1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup water
1 tsp pure vanilla extract and 2 packs of sweetener of choice ( sticking with only those that have zero carb impact)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup ice
