4 cups whole, unpeeled raw almonds, plus 1 cup sliced almonds
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 large egg whites
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups confectioners' sugar
