2 tbs olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 red wine
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 half and half
1 tbs flour
Pasta
In skillet add mushrooms, Garlic, and oil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add red wine and balsamic vinegar. Cook and stir 5 minutes more. Stir in undrained tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir together half and half and flour. Stir in tomato mixture. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
