Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients: 

Pasta Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lime juice
1 teaspoon Sriracha
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
4 tbsp onion powder

Shrimp Rub:
8 ounces (~2 cups) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlice
1 tbsp olive oil

8 ounces pasta


  1. Mix together sauce ingredients and set aside
  2. Boil pasta per package instructions, strain, and set aside
  3. Coat shrimp in dry rub, and sear in pan with olive oil.
  4. Add strained pasta to shrimp pan, and toss in sauce
  5. Keep on heat for a minute or two to warm sauce, then remove from heat and serve
